I Saw the Sign

Ah, it's been a busy week or so. Apartment hunting is finally over, and after a exceedingly busy week, Fashion Jam's Fashion Throwdown was to be on the Friday, but unfortunately the venue was shut down last minute. The team at Fashion Jam are working hard to reschedule as soon as they can (with enough notice). To keep posted on that follow them on twitter at @thefashionjam, or like them on facebook.

So instead of Fashion Jam, I had my sister down to Toronto and we went out to Annex Wreckroom for their 90's Party hosted by Good Kids. Was a good time, danced our little hearts out.

Finding an outfit was a bit challenging, because I really tried to look "90's" but I just looked normal for the most part. Everything else I wanted to wear was too winter-y and well warm clothes and intense dancing doesn't mix the greatest.

 nice socks
grungey punk rockery madonna-y ... thing?

The rest of the weekend was spent hanging around, relaxing etc boring boring. Sunday I went up to Cambridge to visit mon pere and we feasted on ribs, garlic bread, salad and pie and it was excellennnnnt.

Here, have some Ace of Base.
